Imagine feeling really confident talking about
Menopause with your client.
You’re working with incredible women.
Smart. Capable. High-functioning.
And suddenly…
They’re saying things like:
“I feel foggy.”
“I don’t feel like myself.”
“I’ve lost my edge.”
"I am exhausted the whole time."
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”
So you do what you’ve been trained to do:
You explore mindset.
You look at behaviour.
You work on beliefs, boundaries, burnout.
But something doesn’t quite land.
Because this isn’t a coaching problem.
And it’s not a therapy problem either.
No one ever taught you what to do if your existing tools and protocols aren't achieving the expected results.
The Menopause Informed Training (MIT) gives you the missing pieces so you can finally understand what’s really going on with your clients… and support them at a completely different level.
Is something missing?
If you are a therapist or coach, nutritionist/dietician or practitioner working with women 40+, this will probably ring true for you.
You are an exceptional practitioner, with the certification and clients to prove it.
But you still may be missing what your midlife clients actually need.
Not because you’re not good enough.
But because you were never trained to identify the signs, to connect the dots and work with the menopausal body.
So you end up:
– Working harder to get the same results
– Questioning your ability when things don’t land
– Feeling like something is missing (because it is)
Meanwhile, your client is thinking:
"What's wrong with me?”
That's why I created the Menopause Informed Taining (MIT).
-
To teach you to see differently.
-
To ask different questions
-
To listen to what is being said - and what is NOT being said.
-
To understand the body as a connected, intelligent system — not a collection of problems to fix.
-
To teach you the WHOLE Women methodology that can be easily integrated into your existing work
This program will position you
as the expert.
You already have powerful coaching or therapeutic skills.
But you are missing the context to apply them effectively for your midlife clients and the understanding of when they will and won’t work.
This program is for you if:
– You work with women 40+
– You know something is missing in your client work
– You want to increase your menopause knowledge and go deeper with your clients.
– You’re ready to become known as the go-to menopause informed practitioner and become a leader in your field.
This is not for practitioners looking for a quick add-on or who want a symptom check-list to check off.
By the end of this program, you will:
✔ Understand what is actually happening in the menopausal body
✔ Have language to confidently bring menopause into your work
✔ Recognise how symptoms are showing up in your client sessions
✔ Know how to integrate the proven WHOLE Women methodology with your existing modalities
✔Support your clients in a way that finally makes sense
✔ Most importantly, you’ll stop second-guessing yourself and see profound results with your clients.
This is bigger than learning about Menopause
This is about who you become as a practitioner.
When you are menopause-informed, you don’t just support midlife women.
You become THE practitioner they trust, stay with, and recommend.
Because you understand and see what others don’t.

Welcome to MIT.
I'm Jacqueline, Integrative
Menopause Educator and Coach and founder of this training program.
I am an award winning, thought provoking, paradigm shifting Integrative Menopause Educator and Coach and Hormonal Health Specialist.
My mission is to educate and empower women to improve their health and well-being by using a functional medicine, integrative, yoga-based approach together with practical, easy-to-implement strategies to manage, relieve, treat and prevent a range of health issues.
I’ve worked with countless women navigating their menopause transition and one thing is clear:
We are missing a fundamental understanding of what’s actually happening in midlife.
And until practitioners understand it, clients will continue to feel unseen, unsupported, and misunderstood.
This training program changes that.
What makes this program different
Here’s the truth:
Two women can present with the same symptoms but require completely different support.
And no checklist or generic protocol can teach you that.
Becoming a menopause informed practitioner is a complete shift in how you see and understand your client.
Most menopause training programs will teach you:
– A list of symptoms
– A protocol to follow
– A set of lifestyle recommendations
– Maybe some supplement guidance
And while that can be helpful, it keeps you working on the surface of your client’s experience.
I don't teach you what to do.
I teach you a new language, how to apply the knowledge you learn and integrate it into your existing work.
At the heart of MIT is the WHOLE Woman Method —a menopause-informed framework that teaches you to see your client differently, ask different questions, and integrate the knowledge, insights and principles of menopause into your exisiting modalities and protocols.
Using the WHOLE Woman Method, practitioners learn how to move beyond symptom-focused thinking and develop a deeper understanding of the complex interaction between hormonal transition, nervous system function, emotional wellbeing, cognition, identity, relationships and lived experience.
By integrating the WHOLE Women Method into your client work, you'll develop the ability to:
→ Interpret what symptoms actually mean
→ Connect the dots of your client's experiences and understand what’s driving them
→ Respond in a way that is specific and meaningful to the woman in front of you
→Support her to move forward in an empowered way, that meets her where she is on her menopaue journey.
Next group cohort starts in October 2026.
VIP 1:1 Training is available prior to this date.
