I'm Jacqueline, a wife and mother of five who was stressed out, multi-tasking and juggling life, work, family, responsibilities etc until I discovered the wondrous world of Yoga Nashit - Yoga for Women's Health. That was the start of my journey into the world of women's health and understanding it from a totally different perspective.

Through my studies and teaching, I have developed a deeper awareness, understanding and connection to my body, how it works, how it naturally changes over time and the role of hormones in our overall health and wellbeing.

I am now on a mission - to educate and empower women, JUST LIKE YOU, to improve your health and well-being by using a functional medicine, integrative, yoga-based approach and practical strategies to manage, relieve, treat and prevent a range of health issues.

I work with women at all ages and stages of life,
however I specifically support women on their menopause journey, changing the way they understand and experience this time of life.
Using my integrative 5 step Protocol to creating hormonal balance and improving your health and wellbeing, my aim is to support you to become proactive in your health story and to feel amazing.

My journey into the world of Yoga teaching began when I qualified as a Yoga for Pregnancy Instructor at the Wingate Institute in 2014. In 2017, I qualified as a Yoga Nashit Instructor with Mira Atzi-Padan (founder of Yoga Nashit). In 2019, I qualified as a Therapeutic Yoga  Instructor at Campus Broshim School of Integrative Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

I have also completed specialist training programs in:
  • Hormonal Health (IWHI),
  • Advanced Menopause Studies (Sakler Medical School, Tel Aviv University)
  • Poly-Vagal Theory training with Deb Dana
  • Functional Blood Work Analysis
  • Functional Nutrition Studies

As a Menopause Educator and Coach I support women exactly like you on their menopause journey, to start implementing practical and realistic strategies so that they can create hormonal balance, manage their symptoms and navigate their menopause journey with ease, joy and confidence.

Hormonal Health is the cornerstone of Women's Health

Everything that happens to a woman throughout her life is a function of her hormones - her hormonal health, balance or imbalance.

Many of our women's health issues are directly related to hormonal imbalance or hormonal fluctuations.

However many of us don't even understand the natural hormonal changes that occur at different stages of our life and what they mean for our phyiscal, emotional and mental health.

In addition there is now more and more evidence to show how stress, what we eat, the quality and quantity of our sleep and our lifestyle directly affect our hormone health and wellbeing.

I believe that understanding our hormonal health and creating hormone balance is the corner stone for improving our overall health and wellbeing, especially during our menopause years.

My Yoga Philosophy

You won't see me wearing tight spandex, tight vest tops, or promoting any yoga gear in weird and wonderful yoga poses posted on social media. I do not use yoga lingo that you need a degree in yoga philosophy to understand or that doesn't have any relevance to your daily life. I want every woman, regardless of your yoga experience, age or stage of life, to feel comfortable participating in my yoga class.

That's not to say my classes are easy!

You will be challenged and you will break a sweat, you will be pushed to explore and investigate, and I will take you on a journey of self-discovery.

But Yoga Nashit is about every woman coming as she is, on any given day. As you lie on your yoga mat, you tap into your authentic self and practice yoga every time anew, as you are TODAY - with new awareness, new understanding and new connection.

Every practice meets you where you are, and is personalised to respond to your specific needs and life journey.

Yoga tools, techniques and practise are also a central part of my Menopause Coaching. I use yoga as a way to balance hormones, manage symptoms and implement my 5 Pillar approach to navigating menopause jpurney with ease, joy and confidence.

The Three Levels of Connection: The essence of women's health.
Creating Awareness - Deepening Understanding - Strengthening Connection

All my work with women is based around three central pillars:

Creating Awareness - I believe that creating awareness of what is happening in your body is one of the most important elements of improving your own health and well-being. Become aware of the things that feel good or the pain that you are experiencing. Become aware of mood changes, physical and biological changes, how you cope and manage in situations, how you experience stress - Don't ignore anything!
As you learn to listen to your body and create awareness around it, you will become aware of how it moves, how it responds in situation and what works for you.

Deepening Understanding - Through this awareness, you develop an understanding of what is actually hapening in your body. You understand how to pay attention to the natural changes that occur, how your body works, and why you may be experiencing specific health issues. You will deepn your understanding of your natural hormonal cycles, what hormonal imbalance feels like, and how to support your hormonal health. By understanding your body's hormones and how much they effect you on a daily basis, you can begin to accept the reality of your life stage with more balance and calm and learn the strategies you need to feel in control again..

Strengthen connection -  As a result of the awareness and understanding, you are able to tap into your deep body-mind or physical-emotional connection. This connection allows you to listen to your body and align yourself to what it is telling you. To adapt where necessary, to take action when required, to accept with grace your boundaries, to know how to relate to yourself and those around you, in a balanced way with appropriate expectations. It is this connection that sets you apart, allowing you to become empowered in improving your own health and well-being!
