Step 1:
Identify the Triggers
Identify the triggers of your hormonal imbalance, your symptoms and why you are not feeling like you used to!
I use my 5 Fundemental Pillar for this - looking at the 5 key triggers for hormonal imbalance:
Stress; Nutrition and Gut Health; Sleep; Movement; Self Care
Each of these triggers will play a role in your hormonal imbalance - but the extent to which each one is impacting you will be specific to you!
Step 2:
Remove the Triggers
Removing the triggers of your hormonal imbalanace and symptoms, allows us to start rebuilding your hormonal health system.
With a lot of accountability and support from me and the Sisterhood, we start to make small changes to remove the key triggers that are causing your imbalance and symptoms.
I believe in making sure that everything is personalised to your specific situation, lifestyle and health story.
Step 3:
Replace and Support
Removing your triggers is not enough. If we don't replace your old habits with new easy-to-implement ones that support your system and replenish it, you will just fall back into old patterns.
In this step we look all the strategies, tips and tricks that you can start doing to support and improve your overall hormonal health and start putting the pieces in place for long-term hormonal health well into post-menopause.
We also look at appropriate supplementation and ways to boost any nutrient deficiencies in the body.
Step 4:
Repair and Rebalance the Hormones
Once we have removed the triggers and replaced them with supportive practices you will begin to feel the difference.
The hormonal repair and rebalance will be happening on a daily basis as you implement the strategies that are right for you.
That may look like adding more proteins and fats into your diet, going for a 30 minute walk twice a week or establishing a new bedtime ritual.
There are plenty of things that you can do to repair and rebalance your hormones - and if something is working or you are having a hard time sticking to it, then together we will find something that is a better fit for you!
